Fall/Winter Monthly Rentals - Ground Floor Suites

Qualicum Breeze Beach Resort has 7 beachfront suites. The two bedrooms suites are available for monthly rentals in the Fall/Winter season (from October to April).

The winter rentals are comprised of

  • two bedrooms
  • living room with
  • fireplace
  • kitchen with all kitchenware
  • full bathroom with a shower and tub

These waterfront units are on the ground floor and fully equipped, including linens and towels. These suites are equipped for two Adults with no pets.

Qualicum Breeze resort is surrounded by 15 golf courses, numerous hiking trails, 2 spas. We are also close to Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Nanaimo, Bowser, Fanny Bay and Coombs. Qualicum Breeze is in close proximity to the Northern Gulf Islands; Denman, Hornby, Lasqueti and Texada. We are only 40 minutes from Mt. Washington, where you can enjoy downhill skiing, snowshoeing and much more throughout the winter months. We are 1km from town and the bus passes once a day.

Rate – Starting at $2,000/month all inclusive.

Length of Stay – Stays must be 4 – 6 months within October – April. We are a smoke free, no pet property.

Rate – $2,000/month including all utilities and Hi-Speed internet.

Reservations – To hold your reservation, deposit is equivalent to one months rent. This will hold your reservation and also act as your damage deposit. If you cancel, the deposit is not refunded. The damage deposit is refunded within 14 days of your departure providing all policies are complied with, and there is no damage.

Length of Stay – Stays must be 4 – 6 months within October – April. We are a smoke free, no pet property.
