Please note, we have two properties.
Qualicum Breeze Beach Resort (referred to as RESORT) and Qualicum Breeze Beach House (Private vacation rental, referred to as BEACH HOUSE) Standard Terms & Conditions apply to both unless otherwise indicated. Please note: All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
Rates & Taxes
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Rates in Canadian Dollars plus applicable taxes (15%)
- We accept VISA Mastercard, Certified Cheque, E Transfer, Cash.
- All depostis made in valid credit cards and refunded to same card.
- 3% credit card charges are in effect.
- Website specials may NOT be used in conjunction with any other specials, are subject to availability on select suites.
- Beach Resort 25% Booking/damage deposit…will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.

- Deposit fee is $1500 – acts as booking/damage deposit.
Beach Resort Cancellations 120 days prior to arrival June to Sept….. otherwise 30 days.

- Check-in time 4:00 pm-11:00 pm. NO EARLY ARRIVALS. Please make arrangements for late arrivals.
- Check-out no later than 11:00am

All reservations must be cancelled by email.
Guests will receive a full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
24 hours after booking an administrative fee of 25% of the deposit will be withheld for alterations or cancellations.
In addition:
Resort Cancellations:
25% deposit will be charged to a valid credit card, and refunded to same card. TOTAL reservation owing upon arrival
Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival.
May – Sept and Holidays. Cancellation could be done 60 days prior to check in.
Oct – April cancelation 7 days prior to arrival

$1500 cancellation/damage deposit due at time of booking.
May 1 – September 60 and all designated holidays. The total amount for your stay is due if cancelled less than 60 days prior to check-in.
October 1 – April 30 and all designated holidays. The total amount for your stay is due if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in.
